Everything is online and it's so easy to capture memories now, and I love it. But due to the rise of social media and online activity, physical captures of memories are decreasing. Understandably so as it's a hell of a lot easier, but there is something about physical memories that are different. Which is why recently I have been making an effort to have physical memories. I have a box that I store them in, as well as having a little bit of a photo wall, and it's something that makes me feel sightly warm inside. It reminds me of my good times, my close people, the happy memories I've had. And I know I will eventually forget about those memories but then I get to look back, hold the memory in my hand and smile.
My favourite ways of capturing these memories are:
Polaroid camera- The best bit is eagerly waiting for it to develop to see how it came out
Disposable cameras- I love the fact you don't know how these photos are going to come out until weeks maybe months later when you develop them. Another thing I find is that you sometimes forget what you took on them, and it's really fun looking back over them once they have been developed.
Photo booth- They are just great. I mean who doesn't love a photo booth?
Those are my ways, but I would love to know what your favourite is? I'll be reading and replying to comments!
