London, where are your toilets?!

Ok, hear me out.

You've just been to a meeting and have a few hours to spare so you decide to find a coffee shop, grab the latest issue of the gentlewoman and sip on a beautifully brewed cup of coffee. But after two sips of heaven, you suddenly need the toilet. You get up, head over to the other side of the room and can you find the toilet?

--No, No you cannot.--

Why? Well it seems they "just don't have one"... This has happened to me about a good twenty times in central London and it's honestly something that really annoys me. I just don't understand how you can sell drinks and food but then not have a toilet - it's almost like setting someone up for an uncomfortable situation, lets be honest.

So this is an open letter to declare my love to Coffee and Coffee shops, but also to declare my hatred towards the ones who don't have a toilet available for the public - because thanks to them I've then had to go and buy a drink in another shop so I'm able to use their toilet... and then before you know it, you're late for your next meeting ha. ha. ha.  

Also can I ask you a question (because you probably have more general knowledge that me), Are you actually aloud to open a coffee shop without having a toilet for the public?
