Memory Trip To Thailand

Saturday, 6 September 2014

So about 4 years ago my whole family were lucky enough to go on a 9 day trip to Thailand. We went on a 13 hour journey to Bangkok, then after a jet lagged stay we got a plane  to Krabbi, then a short drive, followed by a speed boat, to our hotel- which was a majestical, serenity filled island. It was an amazing experience that I won't forget, but looking back, I think I didn't make the most of it. I didn't realise how privileged I was, it was an amazing place with a beautiful culture.
As soon as we arrived we were ambushed with colour and water as it was their annual festival. There were roses on the bed, which even had a mini scorpion once, that crawled around our bedding. I was centimetres away from wild monkeys, and even though they may of made me close to wet my pants with fear, and broke into our apartment eating our toothpaste and fruit, they were amazing creatures. The culture lived with us. I love how on one side of the world, places, people, the nature is so different to the other side. It fills me with wanderlust and I want to explore more countries, create more images,  take more pictures. Looking back I get a warm feeling in my tummy, "I had the experience of that place".

The sand with the tiny crabs that rolled little balls, the performers at night, the beautiful drinks that would be inside of a fresh coconut, the incredible animals and creatures that surrounded us. The sound of the humid heavy rain contrasting in the hot weather, the smell of the leaves and the jungle, the feel of the hot ground beneath my feet. Its crazy how pictures can bring so many things back to you, and make you feel like you are there again.

  1. Off course, guidance of females can't be put aside and can't be disregarded in light of the way that they could truly contrast with male. The women's character in any state's progression is so profitable immense as women help the male in all hardships.
