Rude Breakfast

So I have always struggled with breakfast. It's the most important meal that you need to select perfectly. Something delicious, nutritious, fulfilling, and most importantly gives you the energy to start your day. Rude Health is brand that produces food that is tasty, healthy, sustaining for the consumer, and sustaining for the planet. Which I think is important on many levels, they have an awesome saying- 'there's no point being rudely healthy on a sick planet'.  So I thought OI would share with you how I have used Rude Health, to solve my breakfast dilemma-

Smoothie -I use RH's almond or coconut milk, and normally add the drinkable oats for a smoother energy. I find smoothies perfect for a bright sunny morning, or breakfast on the go.

Porridge - I always use RH's almond milk in my porridge, it makes it honestly amazing! I drizzle with honey and frozen raspberries. My most favourite is the 5 grain, 5 seed, for extra nutrition.

Cereal - I loved puffed oats with honey and almond milk, if I'm feeling fancy I add some berries. I'm feeling hungry thinking about it.

Granola - I love granola if you are fancying a delicious crunch, granola is perfect. I recommend it with berries like the cereal, but maybe add some coconut yogurt instead of milk

Snacks - I need snacks, I do! These help you going throughout the day! I love the snack bars, which are so delicious.  The pumpkin one tastes like christmas! I also have pesto, goat cheese, onions and tomatoes on oat crackers. This is perfect when I fancy a savoury breakfast or I'm really peckish.
